TetraCheck is a revolutionary verification system of measurement machines and machine tools, with which companies will be able to analyse in an easy and ultrafast way their machines´ accuracy.
This system, developed by expert metrologers, needs less than 10 minutes for the verification of a machine. It is an optimum method to carry out the "interim checking", which is indispensable to guarantee the quality of your production. TetraCheck has been designed to validate measurement instruments (mobile and fixed coodinate measuring systems, industrial robots, machine tools, etc) in an accurate and fast way.
TetraCheck makes the verification of machines easier because it can easily be carried out by the machine users themselves.
UNIMETRIK offers the ENAC calibration of the systems´ standard, which is made of carbon fiber composites and with aluminaoxide ceramic balls.
The results will inmediately inform you of the potential problems your machine may have. Besides, the detected errors can be solved by the software to correct errors, improving the features of the machine.
